Okay so I think that I know what determines a Baby Boomer from the rest of the population…the ability to transform everything into something healthy…running:jogging…marijuana:medicinal…promiscuity:free love…drunkenness:alcoholism…skid row:the rooms; CA, NA, OA…You follow?

An attempt to make healthy Mac&Cheese…evaporated soy milk…Hmmph…You say…so what is your point???
No doubt it’s quick and corny…& remember I was just thinking…the point is that we BB’s like our parents before us…Ain’t never scared to look at every situation anew…therefore we do our very best to always work it out!!

Running, weed, sensuality, spirits and introspection…in moderation…can all be good for you.  And based off of that premise I do not need Carnation to create evaporated soy milk for my Mac& Cheese.

Mac&Cheese: Shredded, combined and stirred with Elbow, 1 year sharp Hook cheddar, extra sharp cheddar, provolone, monterey jack, low fat organic sour cream, unsalted butter & homemade evaporated soy milk. Sharp cheese has plenty of sodium, so for the healthy Healthy Cinnamon Family–Papa’s Got a Brand New Bag Bornday Mac&Cheese…skip the Salt!

The food was seasoned so well today, it tasted like my Grandmother was cooking!
