Cinnamon Traveler correspondent Juana Negra travels South of the Border in the month of February. In preparation for the spring 2012 growing season, for the next 4 weeks we will explore, document and examine, “Growing Food for Sustainability: Learning from the International Urban Farm Movement.” This on the road real-time field study research project is part cross cultural exchange and part language immersion program that experiences food, art and music in Public Space.
